Large Fillet
Large fillet knife was designed by a 12-year old for her
grandfather. The knife steel is 1095 hand forged by Mike
Olandese. The handle is stabilized maple burl and
cocobolo with a brass guard, blue spacers, and hand-
filed nickel spacers. The fishbone design is inset
elephant ivory (pre-ban) and acrylic.
